The TURCK identification system is a so-called RFID system (Radio Frequency IDentification). Data are exchanged by electromagnetic waves. The system operates wear-free and non-contact and is insensitive to temperature fluctuations (high temperature data carrier), dirt as well as water and oils. Furthermore, it has a very long service life. The system is comprised of- a mobile data carrier
- a read/write head
- a processor unit (interface module)
